- You send the model image or CAD/drawing, stone size, gold karat and estimated quantity.
- A sample is prepared (charged; deducted from the order amount if it becomes an order).
- After approval, production begins; payment is a deposit with the balance on delivery.
- Shipments abroad are sent insured.
